Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship to all states within the USA where THCA is legal. We also adhere strictly to state and federal hemp laws, ensuring that all our products are compliant with the appropriate regulations.
Packaging and Discretion
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in discreet and secure packaging to ensure that your products arrive safely and without any indication of their contents. We take every precaution to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, depending on the nature of the order and the shipping method selected. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. When selecting ground shipping, your order could arrive to you within 2-8 days from the day that you placed your order.
Certificate of Analysis
All products shipped from Royal Cannabis will be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, ensuring that our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in full compliance with all state and federal hemp laws.
Shipping to Legal States
We only ship to states and territories where THCA is legally allowed. There are a few states we do not ship to including Idaho and Colorado. If you are unsure whether your state allows THCA, please check your state's regulations before placing an order.
Standard Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from UPS to monitor its journey. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update as it processes through the shipping system.
Guaranteed Delivery
Tracking details will be provided. If you do not receive your package after tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us immediately at support@royalcannabisshop.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and, if the failure is due to a non-customer issue, we will resend your order.
Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packaged and dispatched, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
To preserve the quality and safety of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Royal Cannabis does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Any packages sent back to us will be refused and returned to the sender. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Replacements
We stand by the integrity of our products. While refunds are not provided for shipped orders, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement order if a product arrives damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
- All claims will be reviewed carefully, and replacements will be issued at our discretion.
Important Notice
Do not send any packages back to us. Any returned package will be refused and returned to the original address. This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
